Inspection, Use & Maintenance

For your pet's safety, inspect every product immediately upon delivery and before each use.

• Do not use any product that appears damaged, defective, altered, or excessively worn.
• If assembly is required, follow all instructions carefully before use.
• Introduce new products gradually and monitor your pet's interaction until you are confident the product is suitable.
• Clean and maintain the product according to its material and intended use.
• Regularly inspect for wear, loose parts, tears, cracks, sharp edges, or other damage. Immediately discontinue use and replace the product if any condition could create a safety risk.

Failure to properly inspect, maintain, supervise, or replace worn products may increase the risk of injury.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mr.Zoodle, its owners, employees, suppliers, affiliates, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, possession, or use of any product.

You assume all responsibility and risk associated with selecting, using, maintaining, supervising, and replacing products purchased from Mr.Zoodle.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
