Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery commonly takes 3–7 business days after dispatch for domestic orders. International delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Estimated dates shown at checkout or in tracking are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or incorrect address details.

Free shipping

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders above $90 (or another threshold shown on the site at the time of purchase). Promotional thresholds and exclusions can change.

Shipping costs

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and available rates.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details when the carrier provides them. You can also review shipment status from your My Account area when tracking is available.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional carrier fees for address correction or redelivery may apply.

Customs & international orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the package arrives damaged, contact us through our contact form with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and advise on next steps.
