Return Policy:
You can return or exchange items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving under the following conditions:
- The item has no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging is intact.
- Any signs of damage may void eligibility for return or exchange.
Please note:
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days from the receiving date.
- Certain items, including intimate apparel, sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases, are non-returnable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us using the contact form.
Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- final Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please use the contact form providing your order number and reason for exchange.
Gifts:
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns:
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
- For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.
